What is The Metric?

The Metric is a business operating system for structured leadership teams. It brings your meetings, quarterly targets, scorecards, issues, to-dos, and related business data together in one place so your team can run a consistent operating cadence week to week.

Who is it for?

The Metric is built for leadership teams that run a structured operating rhythm — weekly leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and a shared scorecard of metrics. If your team already follows a structured operating framework, or wants to adopt one, The Metric gives you the tooling to run it.

Is The Metric affiliated with EOS®?

No. EOS® is a registered trademark of EOS Worldwide, LLC. The Metric is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EOS Worldwide, LLC.

What integrations are available?

The Metric offers optional integrations you can connect from Workspace Settings:

  • QuickBooks Online — sync revenue, accounts receivable, and cash metrics to your scorecard
  • Google Calendar — surface upcoming meetings and create calendar events
  • Slack — post meeting summaries, scorecard alerts, and target updates to your channels
  • Salesforce — sync sales and pipeline metrics to your scorecard
  • GitHub — connect repositories to bring engineering activity into your workspace

Each integration is optional, can be connected or disconnected at any time, and only accesses the data required to power the features above.

How is my data stored and secured?

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security (RLS) enabled. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by the database provider. OAuth tokens for connected integrations are stored in the same secured database and used solely to make authorized calls on your behalf.

Who can see my data?

Your business data is visible only to members of your workspace. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure and integration providers required to operate the Service at your request.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@themetric.io. Upon an account-deletion request, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

How does billing work?

The Metric is a subscription service billed per seat, starting with a 14-day free trial. You can review pricing on the pricing page and manage your subscription, seats, and payment method from Workspace Settings at any time.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel any time from the account tab in Workspace Settings, or by contacting support@themetric.io. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

How do I get support?

We're happy to help. Reach us any time at support@themetric.io and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
